Sieger Long Life 20 Sharpener

The Sieger Long Life knife sharpener made of synthetic ruby is 20 times harder than hardened steel (20,000 Knoop corresponds to approx. 200 HRC). The unusual thing about this sharpener is the high level of effectiveness, i.e. the low time required for sharpening in combination with an unusually fine result, which is particularly evident in the long service life of the cutting edge. In addition, the sharpener is more durable than a diamond sharpener, for example, because it is not a coating but solid material. The knife sharpener can be used dry or wet. Simply clean with a dish sponge after use. The grinding tube is 20 cm long.
