Kai Shun Classic Damascus honeycombed chef's knife with 20 cm blade forged in stainless damascened steel and internal structure with a core of VG-MAX class steel, with high resistance to corrosion and with a superior distribution of 32 layers.

The layered structure provides a hardness of 61±1 HRC in the initial core and more malleable outer layers, which facilitates the subsequent sharpening of the blade, without losing its hardness.
